Autumn Part 2
Started a sequel song of sorts (alliteration, baby!) last night. I believe I posted the song Autumn in a previous post here, and this new song is going to be a sequel to it... Similar in style, instrumentation etc. See, Autumn is when I start feeling really restless about where I'm at, and this Autumn is going to be even worse because I just got back from NYC and I want to be back there so much. Sooooooo much. Looking for jobs but not coming up with anything. Catch 22.
At any rate, I watched a great episode of MST3K last night with a good friend. Quite possibly the best episode of the series (movie-wise, not host-segment-wise). There are essentially two main characters, one of which is named Zap Rowsdower. Is there a stupider name out there? In fact, when he introduces himself to the other characters, one of the MST3K robots says, "So... Rowsdower, is that a stupid name?" I always lose it multiple times during that episode.
Wilco tickets for Chicago go on sale in 50 minutes and I need to get on that because not only are they one of my favorite bands, they're also from Chicago and I want to see them in their native city. They're playing at a theatre in the loop also, which makes for easy traveling via the el. Not as cool as the subways of NYC, but still a good way to get around. More fun that a bus.
And lastly, to further address the anonymous... Wow, what can I say? A reflection of me. I don't think anyone would want to be my reflection. I'd like to get to know you better, whoever you are...
