deerhoof
Found a new band last night called Deerhoof. They're one of the most eclectic bands I've heard in a while and there CD called Milkman blew me away. Check out their website. It has lots of free mp3's on it.
In other news, I've finally started working on what now remains a short story, but I hope to shape into something longer. I started this a few months ago (maybe more) but got sidelined with work and other things. But lately I've had a creative desire to get back to it. Excerpts will be posted here within the next few days. I hope for some constructive criticism, or perhaps even some praise. The whole things is surreal, and somewhat humorous. It's also in the 1st person, much like my literary hero Bret Easton Ellis' work.
That's about it for now. I will also post another song I've written, and will probably take down the other two new ones to save space. Those posts will be deleted when I do that.
